Refunds/Return Policy

Standard Policy:

• This policy covers MetraShop and supporting items purchased on metrashop.com by customers within the United States.

• For devices purchased elsewhere please consult the respective retailer's policy by contacting them directly.

• You have 30 calendar days to return the MetraShop frame and/or accessory from the date you received it.

• All accessories and documentation that were included when you received delivery must be returned with no damage or use.

Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of our fast limited supply sourcing we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

• Once we receive the item and verify it is undamaged we will initiate a refund. Refunds will be credited to a MetraShop gift card. Refunds are processed within 5 - 7 business days of receipt of the returned item.
  
  
• Please contact your card issuer for questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. Typically this occurs within 2-3 business days.
